Meet your coach
This is AION.
Ninety seconds, no sign-up needed. He introduces himself and walks through how he builds a plan — and what he does with it when your week falls apart.
AION introduces himself and explains how he builds and adapts a plan.
Conversation is the interface
Just tell Aion what changed. He handles the rest.
Your schedule changed. Something hurts. Dinner plans happened. You only have half an hour. Tell Aion like you’d tell a coach. He understands what changed — and what shouldn’t.
I can't train Sunday. Can we move it to Monday?
AION
He shifts the week around it. Nothing else moves.
My knee is bugging me today.
AION
He works around it and still hits what the session was for.
I've only got 35 minutes.
AION
He trims to what matters instead of writing off the day.
I've got chicken, rice, eggs, and broccoli.
AION
He builds dinner out of that. Not a shopping list.

Every AI fitness app claims “personalized.” Not even close.
Here’s the difference between claiming it and actually building the thing.

A coach that changes your plan when you talk to it — and tells you the truth about what it changed.
How he pushes you, how he cues you mid-set and how he frames a meal all shift to match who you are. What you end up with is closer to a trainer who knows you than to an app you open — available at 3am, on a Sunday, in a hotel gym, in the middle of a grocery aisle.

The goal stays. The path moves.
Real coaching, not a motivational feed.
Made for life.

What people ask him
Questions AION gets, and how he answers them
These are answers AION actually gave, trimmed for length and otherwise untouched. Search a topic — or ask him something he has not answered here.
- I haven't exercised in five years. Where do I even start?
- Right where you are. That is the only place you can start. Five years off does not mean five years lost. Your body remembers more than you think. What it needs is not punishment for the gap — it needs a reason to show up that does not feel like a sentence. Week one is not about intensity. It is about showing up three times. Twenty minutes. That is it. Walk. Move. Do something that does not make you hate the experience — because the experience is the only thing that determines whether week two happens. Here is the truth nobody tells you: the people who succeed after a long break are not the ones who went hardest on day one. They are the ones who made day two feel survivable. You do not need to earn back five years in a month. You need to build a Monday. Then a Wednesday. Then a Friday. Stack those for four weeks and you are already someone who works out — not someone who used to.
- My knee hurts when I squat. What should I do instead?
- First thing: pain during a movement is your body talking. Don't push through it — stop the squat and listen. The good news is your legs don't need a squat to get strong. Here's what works around the knee instead of through it: Hip thrusts and glute bridges — all the glute and hamstring work, zero knee stress. Romanian deadlifts — hinge-based, knee stays soft. Step-ups onto a low bench — controlled pace, single-leg strength without deep knee flexion. Resistance band work — lateral walks, clamshells — builds the stabilizers that take pressure off the knee long term. The knee usually hurts in a squat for one of three reasons: depth, load, or weak hips letting the knee cave. All three are fixable — but not while it still hurts. One flag worth knowing: if the pain has been there longer than a week or two, comes with swelling, or gets worse when you move instead of better — that is a doctor conversation, not a workout modification.
- How much protein do I actually need?
- More than you think. And almost certainly more than you are currently eating. The generic answer is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. That number was designed for sedentary survival — not fat loss, not muscle preservation. For fat loss the real target is 0.7 to 1 gram per pound of your GOAL body weight. Not your current weight. Where you are going. That number keeps your muscle intact while the fat comes off — because a deficit without enough protein does not just burn fat. It burns muscle too. The easiest way to hit it: build every single meal around protein first. Not carbs. Not fat. Protein first. Everything else fills in around it. The number matters. The source matters more. Whole food protein keeps you full. Processed protein keeps you confused about why you are still hungry at 9pm.
- I only have twenty minutes. Is that even worth it?
- Twenty minutes is not a consolation prize. It is the whole game. Here is what happens in twenty minutes of real work: your heart rate climbs, your muscles contract under load, and you walk out feeling like a different person than the one who walked in. That does not require an hour. That requires showing up. Short bouts of consistent movement done regularly beat long sporadic sessions every single time. Your body does not reward the person who works out for ninety minutes once a week. It rewards the person who shows up for twenty minutes three times a week without fail. You are not too busy to change anything. You are exactly busy enough to start with what you have. Twenty minutes on a Monday is a plan. Zero minutes waiting for a free hour is a wish.
- I'm intimidated by the gym. Is working out at home enough?
- Yes. Full stop. The gym is a tool. Not a requirement. Not a rite of passage. Not the thing standing between you and results. The research does not care where you sweat — it cares that you showed up. Here is what the gym actually has that home does not: other people watching. And for a lot of beginners that is not a feature. The intimidation is not weakness. It is a completely rational response to walking into a room full of people who already know what they are doing while you are still figuring out which end of the dumbbell is which. Home removes the barrier. Home removes the commute. Home removes the moment where you stand in front of a machine with zero idea how it works while someone waits behind you. What home needs is a plan. Because equipment without direction is just furniture. The gym will always be there when you are ready. The results do not require it.
- What should I eat before a workout?
- The question everyone asks. The answer nobody agrees on. Here is the truth. Your pre-workout meal has one job: fuel the work without slowing you down. That means carbs for energy, protein to protect muscle, and fat kept low — because fat slows digestion and you do not want your body processing a meal when it should be moving weight. The timing matters as much as the food. Two to three hours out — eat a real meal. Rice, protein, something simple. Anything that sits in your normal rotation and does not make you feel heavy. Thirty to sixty minutes out — keep it small and fast. A rice cake with almond butter. A banana. Half a protein shake. What you do NOT want: a giant meal thirty minutes before you train. That is the recipe for feeling slow, heavy, and vaguely angry at whoever told you to eat before the gym. The pre-workout meal is not magic. It is maintenance. Your body runs on what you ate yesterday as much as what you ate an hour ago.
