Sculpt (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform accessible at www.mysculptapp.com. Sculpt is operated by Aion Sculpts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Sculpt is operationally and legally separate from any other businesses owned by Aion Sculpts. Use of the Sculpt platform does not create any relationship between you and any non-Sculpt entity operated by Aion Sculpts.

This Privacy Policy also applies to our marketing website at www.aionsculpts.com, including the free tools and calculators offered there. Both sites are operated by Aion Sculpts and are subject to the practices described in this policy.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Physical metrics including height, weight, body measurements, and fitness level
• Health information including injuries, medical conditions, and physical limitations you voluntarily share
• Dietary information including food allergies, restrictions, and preferences
• Fitness goals and training preferences
• Photos and videos you choose to upload (progress photos, food photos, exercise form videos)
• Payment information processed by our payment processor, Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications you send to us or your coach through the platform
• Weekly check-in responses including wellness scores and personal notes
• Your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including the date and time of acceptance

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Workout logs, exercise history, and session duration
• Nutrition logs and daily food entries
• Step counts, water intake, and sleep data you enter manually
• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• IP address and approximate location
• Usage data and app interaction patterns

C. Health-Related Information

Some information you share with us may constitute health or fitness data. This information is used to personalize your fitness and nutrition plans. We do not sell or rent health-related data. We do not share it with advertisers or advertising networks, we do not include it in advertising or conversion events, and we do not use it to build or target advertising audiences. The advertising described in Section 2E operates only on the fact that you visited a page or used a tool — never on what you told us about your body, your health, your injuries, or your diet.

D. Information Collected Through Our Free Tools

The calculators and planners at www.aionsculpts.com are free and require no account. Results are generated in your browser and shown to you in full. If you choose to submit your email address to receive a copy of a result or a sample plan, we collect:

• Your email address
• Whether you opted in to marketing communications, and the date and time of that choice
• A short summary of the result you generated (for example, a calorie range, or an area you said was giving you trouble)
• Campaign attribution parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) if they were present in the link you arrived through

The free plan kit asks for more than the calculators do, because a plan built on guesses is not worth having. It starts with a short form that collects your name, email address and mobile phone number. We then ask, in a conversation with AION: your age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal; any foods you are allergic to or will not eat; any physical limitation or area you want worked around; the part of your training you want to focus on; and what equipment you have available. Sex, height, weight, age and activity level are used to calculate your calorie and macronutrient targets, which is arithmetic that cannot be done without them.

Your answers and the kit generated from them are stored so that we can send you the kit and give you the same one again if you come back. We issue one kit per person, and we keep a record of the email addresses that have received one in order to enforce that.

The kit includes a short conversation with AION. What you type there is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce his reply, and is not retained by Anthropic beyond that request. We store the conversation with your kit so you can pick it up where you left off, and we keep a count of how many replies you have used — the conversation is limited to a set number of replies per person.

The same form offers two separate choices about text messages, and neither is ticked for you: whether you agree to receive non-marketing text messages about your plan, such as the link to it, and whether you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages. We keep which boxes you ticked and the date and time you submitted the form, as the record of your consent. We text you only as you agreed: if you tick neither box we do not send you text messages, and your plan is delivered to your email address either way. Ticking either box is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the plan. Your number and your choices are stored with your marketing contact record in GoHighLevel, described in Section 4. See Section 10 for how to stop those messages.

Submitting your email address through these tools does not create an account.

If you apply to our Creator Partner program at www.aionsculpts.com/creators, we collect your name, email address, mobile number if you give one, the social media handles or profile links you list, the audience size range you select, and anything you write in the application. We use this to review your application and, if you are approved, to send you an invitation and a partner agreement. It is stored with your contact record in GoHighLevel, described in Section 4, and in our application records. If you become a partner, we also keep a record of the payments made by members who joined through your link and the commission calculated on them, which is shared with our bookkeepers in order to pay you. Applying does not create an account.

E. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies on www.aionsculpts.com. Some are strictly necessary — they remember that you have already received a free plan kit, and they protect our tools from automated abuse. Others are optional, and we ask before setting them:

• Analytics, to understand which pages and tools people find useful
• Advertising, to show you Sculpt on other platforms after you have visited us, and to measure whether those advertisements worked

Where we can, we do this from our own servers rather than by loading another company’s script into your browser. Advertising measurement may involve sending a one-way encoded (hashed) form of your email address to an advertising platform so it can match a conversion to an advertisement you saw. We do not send the contents of your intake — no health information, no allergies, no injuries, no body measurements — to any advertising or analytics provider, ever.

You can decline optional cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, change your mind at any time, and set your browser to send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as an opt-out of advertising sharing.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate personalized AI workout and meal plans based on your goals, health data, and check-in responses
• Enable your coach to view your profile, progress, and check-in data
• Send daily motivational content aligned with your goals
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription receipts, cancellation notices)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve and maintain the platform
• Send you marketing communications about Sculpt — including training and nutrition content, product news, and promotional offers — where you have opted in to receive them
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do advertise: if you visit www.aionsculpts.com, we may show you Sculpt on other platforms afterward and measure whether that advertising worked. Under California law that activity counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to opt out of it — see Section 6.

Two firm limits apply to all of it. Health-related information is never used for advertising and is never sent to an advertising provider. And information you give us inside the Sculpt app is never used for advertising at all — the advertising described here operates only on our public marketing website.

With Your Coach

If you are enrolled in a coach tier, your trainer has access to your profile, fitness data, measurements, check-in responses, and goal updates. This is necessary to provide the coaching service.

With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:

• Supabase — Primary database and authentication infrastructure
• Firebase (Google) — Legacy authentication and database storage for accounts created prior to migration
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI-powered plan generation and coaching features. When you send photos, videos, or PDFs to AION, they are transmitted to Anthropic to generate the AI response and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the duration of that request.
• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — Voice for AION’s spoken replies. Only the short text of AION’s own reply is sent to generate the audio; your voice is never recorded or transmitted — speech recognition happens on your device.
• Twilio — SMS message delivery, for both our account and reminder messages and our marketing messages (when you opt in to text messages)
• GoHighLevel — Customer relationship management and marketing email and text message delivery, for contacts collected through our website. Marketing text messages are sent by GoHighLevel through our own Twilio account
• Vercel — Platform hosting and infrastructure, including website analytics
• Advertising platforms — Where you have accepted advertising cookies, we work with advertising platforms to show you Sculpt after you have visited our marketing website and to measure whether those advertisements worked. What reaches them is the fact of a visit or a conversion and, for matching, a one-way encoded form of your email address. No health information, intake answers, or body measurements are ever sent to them.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

Platform Operator

Aion Sculpts accesses platform data only as necessary to operate Sculpt, and does not use Sculpt user data for any business or marketing purpose outside the Service.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 12 months to allow you to reactivate, after which it may be deleted upon request. Workout history and progress data are retained unless you request deletion.

Photos, videos, and PDFs you send through the in-app AION chat are stored as part of your chat history for as long as your account is active. You may clear your AION chat history at any time through the chat interface.

A free plan kit, the intake answers behind it, and any conversation you had with AION inside it are kept for 12 months so we can send it to you again if you ask. The record that an email address has already received a kit is kept for as long as we run the offer, because it is the only way to honor one kit per person. You may ask us to delete either at any time using the contact details in Section 6.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your personal information (subject to certain legal obligations)
• Port your data in a machine-readable format
• Object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

California Residents

If you live in California you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.

To opt out of advertising sharing, decline advertising cookies in the banner, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser — we honor it automatically. You may also email us using the address below.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@aionsculpts.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), database row-level security rules to restrict data access, and secure credential management. Uploaded HEIC photos are converted to JPG locally in your browser before transmission; no third-party conversion service is used. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If you opt in — by ticking the marketing box when you submit your email through one of our free tools, or by choosing to receive marketing during registration — you consent to receive marketing email from Sculpt. This may include training and nutrition content, product news, offers, and other promotional material about our services.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw your consent at any time using that link or by contacting us at help@aionsculpts.com. Opting out of marketing email does not affect transactional messages about your account, and does not affect your access to the Service.

Marketing contacts collected through our website are stored and sent using GoHighLevel, as described in Section 4.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sculpt related to your account, fitness plan updates, and motivational content. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect your platform access.

Separately, if you request a free plan on www.aionsculpts.com and tick a box agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive the messages that box describes — non-marketing messages about your plan, recurring marketing and promotional messages, or both — from AION Sculpts at the number you provide, including messages sent by automated means. These are a different programme from the messages described above: they concern your free plan and our marketing rather than your account or reminders, they are sent from a different number, and they are run as a separate programme with its own opt-out list — so stopping one does not stop the other. Both programmes are carried by Twilio, our SMS provider. This programme is sent by GoHighLevel through our own Twilio account, and your number and the record of your consent are stored with your marketing contact record in GoHighLevel, described in Section 4. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the plan, which is sent to your email address either way, and it does not affect your access to the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
