What’s new

Trainer HQ is here

AION’s biggest October release gives coaches a clearer view between sessions.

Trainer HQ is here. Coaches now get a clearer view of what is happening between sessions, with better client visibility, improved exercise GIFs, and a smarter, more reliable AION memory. More context. Better conversations. Stronger coaching.

AION says

“Don’t start over. Adjust.”

Your goal doesn’t need to move every time life does. The plan can.

Reality check

More weight isn’t the only form of progress.

Control, range of motion, technique, and consistency count too.

Gym hack

The Seated Leg Curl, Used Differently

Same equipment. Bigger possibilities. This month’s hack: use the seated leg curl setup for a hip-thrust style movement to target your glutes. Adjust the pad, drive through your hip, and focus on a strong squeeze at the top.

Train smarter. Get more from what you already have.

Trainer spotlight

Michael Cline — The OG Trainer

Michael believed in AION early, backed the vision, and has been part of the journey from the start. While actively competing in Men’s Physique, he continues to help his clients pursue their own goals with consistency, accountability, and real coaching.

Member spotlight

Julie Woods — The OG Member

Julie was one of AION’s very first members and has been part of this journey from the beginning. Over her recent cycle, she posted 83% session adherence — even through illness. Her consistency is the story: showing up on the hard weeks, not just the easy ones.
